In fact, it usually adds to the amount of bacteria, oils, filth and soil attracting residue that are deposited in the pours of grout. This is especially true if tile and grout are not properly sealed or the sealant is worn. It's also important to note that household cleaning agents, such as bleach and high ph. chemicals will ultimately remove sealant from grout making it even harder to clean and more susceptible to permanent discoloration.

We use a dual jet high-pressure rotary floor attachment and 1,200 psi steaming water to successfully clean your tile and grout. This is connected to the same powerful truck-mounted systems used to clean your carpet and will provide a true deep cleaning. With our specialized cleaning agents, high temperature pressurized water and massive extraction, a simple two or three step process is all it takes to blast away and extract tough to remove gunk from deep within the tile and grout pores and restore your tile and grout to as near new condition as possible.

It is highly recommended that you have your tile and grout sealed with a high-grade, long-lasting sealer after professional cleaning to prevent soils from penetrating the surface and help maintain the original beauty of your tile and grout. This highly effective steam pressure washing extraction should be performed on a routine basis - once or twice a year depending on usage.
