Minimums are larger outside of our normal service area. Close vicinity parking must be available and areas to be cleaned must be accessible with our truck-mounted equipment. Areas that are more than 2 stories above ground level, require additional set up time or portable cleaning machines will incur a $25 set up fee (Some garden style apartments/condos, high rise buildings, and areas where close vacinity parking is not within 100 ft) .
